BKH Type Anti-vibration Rubber Mounts

Short Description:

The rubber mount can get good vibration isolation in vertical and radial direction, especially for generator and engine with excited frequency of 25Hz (1500rpm). The rubber is vulcanized with metal part, can attenuate the vibration efficiently. Fail safe designing can protect the equipment safety. The load range is wide and deflection is small, the excited frequency should be 1500rpm to 3500rpm.

Description

When receiving axial and lateral pressure, the BKH type rubber mounts can achieve a high damping effect, especially in the generator and engine system. The damping effect is very good, the movement range is about 25Hz(1500RPM), the internal rubber and iron parts are completely glued, in addition to the middle of the safety lock parts locking products, very reliable and durable. Provide more reliable performance, can resist the erosion of diesel and other liquids. This type of cushion is suitable for heavy load, 1500-3500hz equipment.

The BKH type rubber mounts housings are low profile designs ideal for installations with space restrictions. Structural sections are made of carbon steel for optimum strength and durability. All metal surfaces have a corrosion-resistant coating that provides extra protection and long-life.
