Precision Pneumatic Isolator adopts pneumatic control, BK-PA precision pneumatic isolator adopts 6mm gas pipe connection supporting. The installation tools and accessories include 6mm gas pipes, 6mm gas pipe connectors, scissors or utility knives, and bar level.
3. Inflation and leveling
1) Adjust the supply pressure to the estimated air pressure
Connect correctly according to the gas pipe connection diagram to ensure that the effective gas supply pressure of the air source is greater than 5.5MPa. Estimate a lifting pressure considering the weight of the platform, adjust the pressure to this estimated value, and lock the pressure valve.
2) Adjust the level device to make the air mounts work
Adjusting bolt under the shock absorber level adjusting device jacking up the protruding part of the level device, so that the gas is controlled into the cylinder part of the air mounts, and finally realize the state of buoyancy, and ensure that the air buoyancy height of each cylinder is consistent
3) Level the air mounts
After determining the buoyancy, adjust the device level using a level. The leveling mode is cross type, that is, two horizontal crossing lines are determined to construct the horizontal plane.
4) Lock the horizontal regulating device and the air pressure valve
Use the locking nut of the bottom adjusting bolt to lock the position of the adjusting bolt to lock the horizontal adjusting device. Ensure continuous and effective gas supply.
