MD Type Anti-vibration Spring Mounts
Description
MD type spring vibration isolators consist of high deflection, free-standing, unhoused, large diameter, laterally stable steel springs assembled into an upper load plate and leveling assembly. The MD type also feature weldless construction. The spring coils are not welded to steel plates. The MD type are assembled to elastomeric cups and steel plate bases with two mounting holes for attachment to structure – providing durability and flexibility.
MD type spring mounts are designed to isolate low frequency vibrations in air handling units, fans, chillers, and other HVAC equipment. The MD type are recommended for use directly under HVAC, power generation and electrical equipment in conjunction with structural steel bases and concrete inertia blocks.

● The spring is designed with low natural frequency value and is treated with ED and paint.
● Spring are heat treatment and stress elimination treatment, long service life.
● Body adopts Dak rust treatment, load deflection 25mm.
● Bottom anti - slip and anti - shock bolt design, high safety.
● The installation is simple and the height and level can be adjusted according to the actual need.
● Can eliminate mechanical structure vibration, and protect and prolong mechanical life.
● with static deflections up to 50mm provide flexibility over a wide range of applications.
