Description

BK-R type precision air mounts are used for high efficiency vibration isolation of mechanical equipment and assembly parts to prevent vibration caused by impact and oscillation. The needle parts are manufactured from high quality synthetic rubber. Their structure allows efficient vibration isolation without horizontal deformation, and their own damping system device effectively inhibits resonance and greatly reduces response recovery time.The air mounts substrate is equipped with non-slip pads, eliminating the need to anchor the machine to the ground.

● Pneumatic shockproof device, in line with JISD-4101 pressure test standard.
● Natural frequency 3Hz-5Hz, maximum operating pressure 4.5kg/cm^2.
● The body adopts neoprene rubber, and the air tightness is good. Shockproof effect is very high, the efficiency of general equipment can reach more than 97%.
● Load range 50-3400kg.
● Oil cap can be added to prevent general oil corrosion.

Applications

Very suitable for punching press, cutting machine, die cutting machine, press, hydraulic press and other stamping equipment. Blister machine, forming machine, embroidery machine, needling machine and other high speed equipment, three coordinates, imaging instrument and other measuring equipment.

Note:
1. The selected model must not exceed its maximum load capacity.
2. Must be charged and deflated under load.
3. Bolts should be tightened by hand, and spanner should not be used as far as possible.
4. Fill with air nozzle in sections until working height is reached.

Installation

The BK-R air mounts are positioned with the equipment and then inflated to a height of 110-120mm through standard valves. The height of the mounts can be adjusted by releasing and increasing the amount of air, thus adjust the levelness of the machine. The highest adjustable height is 10mm.
